With a academic background from Colorado State University and years of experience in change management, Alexandra excels at fostering collaboration and supporting positive transformation throughout the organization.
Her leadership and organizational skills extend beyond the office, as she served as a Director on the Board of the Canyon Concert Ballet, contributing to local arts and culture. Alexandra’s dedication to organizational excellence, creativity, and client experience drives her approach at Synergy Capital, supporting the team and clients in achieving impactful results.
Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys golfing with her husband Jon, traveling to sunny beaches, and hanging outside with her two cats Loki and Ronin.
