Mike founded Synergy Capital of Colorado to do one thing well: bring institutional-quality asset management to Colorado’s public entities, business owners, and families.
His background is in industrial engineering, where he developed a discipline for continuous improvement (Kaizen) that now drives how Synergy builds and maintains investment programs. Before founding the firm, he spent over two decades in asset management, tax strategy, and estate planning.
Michael served as a Crew Chief on a US Air Force KC-135 and grew up as an Army kid, which gave him an appreciation for precision, structure, and doing what you said you’d do.
He has called Colorado home since 2000. His wife Tracy and their daughters are Colorado natives. Outside of work, you’ll find Mike traveling Europe, following Formula 1, and recharging on St. John, USVI.
