Tracy Powell-Warne

Chief Compliance Officer

Tracy Powell-Warne co-founded Synergy Capital of Colorado and serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for ensuring every client relationship, communication, and investment process meets SEC regulatory standards.

Before co-founding Synergy, Tracy spent 12 years in financial services, including branch management at Wells Fargo.  She holds a BS in Business and Communication from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Change Management from Colorado State University.

Tracy is active on local nonprofit boards in Northern Colorado.  Outside the office, she’s a Level 2 Sommelier, a committed traveler, and an avid reader.  You’ll often find her influence in the details at Synergy client events.
